Notice of Public Review and Comment

The Bi-State Metropolitan Planning Organization, BSMPO, has prepared the Fiscal Year 2007 Annual List of Obligated Projects for the Fort Smith Urban Area. This list identifies all the transportation improvement projects, funded entirely or in part by the US Department of Transportation, that were obligate between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2007. The publication of and public review period for the Annual List of Obligated Projects is a requirement of Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration. Copies of the Annual List of Obligated Projects can be found at the BSMPO offices located at 1109 South 16th Street n Fort Smith or DOWNLOAD THEM HERE. The public review period will be from January 4th through January 17th.
